NRI investors, how do you manage Chandigarh property?

Since January I've been shortlisting flats in New Chandigarh. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are impossible. Getting worried about the legal process, especially POA and finding a trustworthy property manager. What's the scene like with builders like X Ecosystem Solutions Llp? Has anyone else bought remotely? Is rental management difficult?
