NRI investors: Is ready-to-move the only sane choice in Greater Noida?
Is anyone actually buying into under-construction like Aigin Royal Phase 4 for investment, especially from abroad? I'm based in Dubai and honestly think Shubhkamna Kartik Kunj makes more sense despite the higher per sqft. Ready possession means immediate rental income and way less risk for someone who can't do site inspections. Everyone glorifies future appreciation but nobody talks about the headache of delays and quality control from another country. Change my mind, please.
