Since January I've been eyeing Gurgaon for investment, especially Dwarka Expressway. Everyone says RERA is the big saviour, but honestly, I'm in Dubai, can't do due diligence easily. Is RERA just for show, ya actual buyer protection hai? Builder ka track record kaise check karein, like Paramount Associates? RERA complaints bas paper pe hain, right? Change my mind.

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! As a first-time buyer, I'm constantly hearing about RERA, but my gut feeling is exactly what you said – is it just for show? I mean, how are we supposed to trust builders like Paramount Associates who seem to have come out of nowhere? Their track record is literally zero, which is more scary than a bad one. Seems like a big risk for NRIs especially.
