NRI investor's take on Ganpati Builder Heights resale
₹1.2 Cr investment for a 3BHK in Gurugram sounds good on paper, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do site visits easily. I've been looking at Ganpati Builder Heights for a while now. On paper, it looks promising for an investment. My main worry, since I'm not there, is the resale market. Kitna liquid hai yeh project? Will it be easy to offload in 5-7 years if needed? Also, RERA compliance ka kya scene hai? NRI ke liye legal clarity bahut important hai. Builder ka track record bhi pata karna hai. Delivery time pe karte hain ya delays hote hain? I'd need a property manager, so rental yield bhi important hai, but resale potential meri top priority hai for long-term wealth creation. Any insights ya experience with Ganpati Builder Heights? Any help would be great.
