₹60 lakh for a 2BHK in Bengaluru feels like a stretch now. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits mushkil hain. Architha Aarna under-construction hai, but SMD Altezz ready-to-move. For an NRI, which one makes more sense for rental income? Total cost of ownership, including registry aur sab, kitna upar jaayega? Worried about OC and possession status for the ongoing project.

Bhai, NRI ho toh ongoing project se bachke raho. Especially Bengaluru mein delays bohot common hain. Architha Aarna ka possession 2026 hai, but you never know. Ready-to-move hi best hai for rental income, at least you see what you get. Remote buying mein toh aur bhi risk hai, kaun chakkar kaatega jab builder date pe date dega?
