NRI Noida investment: Gaursons Platinum Towers any good?

Okay I'll be honest – I'm based in Dubai and trying to buy something in Noida remotely is proving tough. I'm looking at Gaursons Gaurs Platinum Towers. The floor plans look good, but can't do a site inspection myself, so relying on you guys. Heard some horror stories about possession delays. Anyone actually got possession in Platinum Towers? How was the experience? I'm also worried about hidden charges. PLC aur EDC kitna laga? I'm mainly concerned about the construction quality. I need to find a property manager too. Is it worth investing in Gaursons right now, or should I look elsewhere? Need some real opinions before I get a power of attorney sorted. Thanks!
