Whitefield investment for NRIs. Everyone glorifies it, but PoA frauds aur remote management ka kya scene hai? Dubai se, visit nahi kar sakta. Rental yield bhi mushkil. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, bhai. My cousin invested in a project near Marathahalli, thinking it'll be easy. But remote management is a nightmare. PoA pe trust karna is a huge risk. Rental yield toh chhod hi do, property maintain karna bhi mushkil ho jaata hai.
Sahi pakde ho! Builders bhi NRIs ko easy target samajhte hain for hidden costs. Bohut tension hai.
Haan, especially in areas like Aavalahalli. Heard many stories about plots getting encroached or maintenance issues. NRI hone ka disadvantage hai.
