Bhai, your concern is absolutely valid! RERA ka website dekh ke toh lagta hai sab clear hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. Especially for us first-time buyers, it's a minefield out there. Wagholi mein bhi bahut projects aise hi hain, upar se theek lagte hain, andar se golmaal. Remote se check karna toh aur bhi mushkil hai.
