Was buying my Rajkot flat from abroad a smart move? Just got possession for my 3BHK in Mota Mava near 150 Feet Ring Road, Balaji Group. Paid 1.1 Cr. Didn't see it physically. What are other NRIs' experiences? Should I hold long term or exit in few years?

Bhai, 1.1 Cr for a 3BHK in Mota Mava without seeing it? Thoda risky lag raha hai. What's the carpet area, did you check the per sqft rate? Rajkot mein itna investment, especially for a first-time buyer from abroad, seems high.
