Are Chandigarh rental yields for NRIs truly worth it? I'm in Dubai, can't manage locally. Brokers take huge cuts. Do rent hikes actually make up for the low ROI and hassle? Change my mind.

Yaar, you're not wrong. Chandigarh ka rental market is tough. My friend in Mohali invested, aur ab sir pakad ke baitha hai because of tenant issues and low rent. Brokers toh lootne ke liye baithe hain.
Exactly! I was looking at Manimajra, aur wahan bhi numbers just don't add up for an NRI. Property management companies are also super expensive. Kya karein?
