NRI scared of builder scams in Noida

I'm based in Dubai. Heard mixed reviews about Ajnara. On-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Supertech toh dub gaye. Need property managers also. Any advice?

@U5 RERA status is 'under progress' for most towers. He got a possession letter but the apartment is still incomplete. Basic amenities bhi nahi hai!
