NRI stuck abroad, Noida property feels like a gamble!

I'm based in Dubai and seriously considering investing in Noida. Honestly not sure if it's the right time though. Everyone says Jewar airport will make prices skyrocket, but is that really happening? I'm looking at Sector 124, near The Antriksh Group projects. Anyone have experience with them? Builder ka track record kya hai? My main worry is managing the property from here. I can't do a site inspection myself. Need a property manager, but finding a trustworthy one seems impossible. Rental yield reality kya hai? Advertised yields seem too good to be true. Is it worth buying a ready-to-move flat or risk an under-construction one? So much tension, yaar. Should I just stick to renting?
