NRI stuck between two Noida projects – help!
I'm based in Dubai and trying to invest in Noida, but can't do a site inspection myself. UCHDL Trucia looks good, but it's pricier. VRSA The Ultima Heights is cheaper and ready to move, which is a plus. Need to find a property manager either way. Is the higher price of Trucia worth it for potentially better ROI? Or should I go with Ultima Heights and start earning rental income sooner? What does the community think?

Market conditions Noida mein thode tricky hain abhi. Ajayabpur area mein bhi prices fluctuate ho rahe
I looked at Trucia too. It's completed since 2021 as per RERA (UPRERAPRJ3011) but prices are still quite high. My cousin booked in Alpha II Greater Noida and faced so many delays, so 'ready to move' is a big relief. But is VRSA's 'ready to move' actually verified? Like, people are living there already?
Even 'ready to move' can have issues, U3. My brother bought a flat labeled 'ready' near Alistonia Estate, but getting the OC and common facilities like club house ready took another 6 months. Builder marketing is very clever, so always double check everything on ground.
Haan, U3, Ultima Heights mein log reh rahe hain. My friend visited last month. It's genuinely ready. Trucia ka toh samajh nahi aata itna premium kyu hai.
Yaar, Ultima Heights sounds like the safer bet. Ready to move matlab no more construction delays and immediate rent. NRI ke liye toh aur bhi important hai, I think.
Bhai, Trucia ka price range ₹1 Cr se upar hai, as a first-time buyer, that's a huge commitment. Ultima Heights ready to move hai aur sasta bhi, toh immediate rental income ka chance hai. Kya Trucia ka appreciation itna better hoga ki yeh extra cost justify ho?
