NRI stuck: Noida investment turning into a headache

Sector 52 keeps popping up, but I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site visit myself. Has anyone invested in Ratan Housing Development Ltd projects there? The rental yields they advertise seem high. Are they actually achievable? Need a property manager, any recommendations? What am I missing?
