Been following up since 2024 for possession of my flat in RG Group, Sector 3. Still no sign! They promised OC ages ago. I'm based in Dubai, can't just fly down every month. Paid almost 90% already. Is this normal with under-construction properties here? Should I just sell it off once I get possession, even at a loss? What legal options do I have, sitting abroad? Need some advice, guys. Koi property manager recommend karo?

U17 is right, check the agreement. Also, RERA complaint mein compensation bhi claim kar sakte ho for the delay.
