Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Looking at Prestige City, Bangalore. What kind of snags should an NRI investor look for at possession? Minor issues like fittings ya seepage can affect rental income and future maintenance.
