NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

For almost a year now, I've been trying to figure out Greater Noida real estate from Dubai. It's tough not being able to visit sites myself. I'm looking at a 3BHK in Noida Extension or maybe Sector 150, Godrej and ATS projects seem good. But what about the legal side, especially if I need to give POA? And rental management? Kya koi reliable property manager hai wahan? How do you guys handle maintenance and tenant issues remotely? I'm worried about rental yields being lower than advertised. Is it really worth buying if I can't oversee everything? Bahut confusion hai.
