₹75 lakh for Sethi Homes, ₹30 lakh for Krishna Vatika – this price gap is making me think. I'm in Dubai, can't do site visits. For a pure investment, rental potential aur appreciation kisme better hoga? Sethi Homes ka builder trust factor kaisa hai compared to Krishna Vatika? Resale market bhi important hai. Any insights?
