Spent hours researching Satyam SBI Residency 2 in Ghaziabad. I'm based in Dubai, so a site visit isn't easy, relying on community insights here. What's the actual rental yield people are seeing for a 1BHK or 2BHK there? Brochure numbers often seem inflated, you know? Also, how liquid is the resale market for these ₹18-24.5L flats? Worried about getting stuck if I need to exit in 5-7 years. Is it mostly investor-owned or are families living there? Don't want a ghost society.
