NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard
Since last year I've been eyeing properties in Gurgaon, mostly around Dwarka Expressway or Manesar. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do site visits easily and rely heavily on brokers. M3M ka ek project dekha tha Manesar mein, pre-launch offers bata rahe the, saying it's the best deal. But I'm honestly not sure. Is pre-launch genuinely cheaper, ya fir bas marketing hype hai? It feels like later on, they add so many PLCs and other 'preferred' charges, it defeats the purpose of an 'early bird' discount. How do you guys verify if a 'spot discount' is real or just a way to close the deal quickly? Especially for NRIs like me, without being physically present, it's tough to negotiate. What's the real ground reality for pre-launch ROI versus buying something almost ready?
