NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard
Remote investment in Ghaziabad feels like a big gamble now, especially without being there. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. I'm looking at SCC Blossom (ongoing) and YPS Dwarika City Plots (completed). SCC Blossom mein under-construction risk hai, aur YPS toh plots hain. For a 5-year appreciation, which one makes more sense? Aur rental potential kiska better hoga, flats ya plots? Carpet area efficiency bhi dekhni hai, kon zyada usable space de raha hai. Builder ka track record bhi important hai, as I'll need a property manager. Koi ground reality check on amenities ya floor efficiency for these projects? Need a property manager, so legal clarity and smooth documentation are key. Any insights?

Bhai, I totally feel you! Remote buying is a nightmare. I'm also looking from outside India, and the fear of getting duped is real. SCC Blossom ka ongoing status sunke toh darr lagta hai, delays ka risk bahut hai. Plots maybe safer in that sense but rental potential ka kya?
Exactly! My cousin booked in Ahinsa Khand II, builder ne 2 saal late kar diya. Possession date pe bharosa karna mushkil hai. YPS Dwarika City plots might be a better bet
