NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard
Greater Noida — I'm based in Dubai, trying to sort out an investment property back home, but can't do site inspections easily. I'm looking at Krishna Cocus Homes and HCL Towers. Price points are obviously very different. Krishna Cocus Homes is under construction, which makes me nervous about delays and possession, especially managing things remotely. HCL Towers is ready, which is less risky for an NRI like me, but the entry cost is much higher. For a 5-year appreciation and rental potential, which one do you think is better? I'd need a property manager, so tenant quality is key. Is the higher price for HCL Towers justified for better long-term ROI or rental income? Any insights on actual possession timelines for Krishna Cocus or tenant demand around HCL Towers would be really helpful.

Bhai, remote se property khareedna toh headache hai hi, upar se 'under construction' Krishna Cocus Homes? Uska toh possession date 2017 ka dikha raha hai online! Yeh kya chakkar hai? NRI bhai, thoda carefully check karo. Mere ek relative ne bhi aise hi invest kiya tha, abhi tak phansa hua hai. HCL Towers ready hai toh peace of mind milega, but budget ka issue hai toh samajh sakta hoon. Kya kisi ko Krishna Cocus ka actual possession mila hai ya yeh sirf paperwork mein hai?
