NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

Honestly, NRI investment sounds tempting, but I'm in the US. Is it really worth buying property in Rajkot, like in Mota Mava, without physically visiting? Builders like Balaji Group, Galaxy Group ka track record remote se kaise check karein? Parents keh rahe hain, but I'm worried.
