Kya builders sach mein spot discounts dete hain ya bas dikhawa hota hai? I'm based in Dubai, trying to buy a 2BHK in Malleswaram East from Keya Homes. Unka sales team bolta hai 'fixed price, no negotiation'. But I hear ki kuch log spot offers nikal lete hain. Matlab, if I'm paying cash upfront, shouldn't I get some benefit? Yeh 'no-price-drop' policy kitni real hai? How to push for a better deal jab main physical visit bhi nahi kar sakta?

Yaar, Keya Homes ka track record check kiya hai kya? Malleswaram East mein 2BHK from Keya sounds good, but remote buying is super risky. Builders bolte hain fixed price, but agar inventory stuck ho ya financial year end ho, they do bend. But as an NRI, you're at a disadvantage. Make sure you get everything in writing and check their RERA compliance. Bengaluru market abhi thoda slow hai, so discounts possible hain, but not for everyone.
Agree with the RERA point. Builders play
Bhai, exactly my thoughts! Yeh "fixed price" drama sab jagah chalta hai. Cash payment pe bhi koi benefit nahi, toh kya fayda?
Exactly! Toh kya solution hai iska? How do we break this "fixed price" myth?
Sahi kaha bhai! I was looking at a project near Attibele, same story. They act like they're doing you a favour by selling you a flat. It's frustrating when you're trying to save every rupee.
