Ghost societies are a real concern for investors, especially in completed projects like Ansal Aastha Mig Zone. I'm based in Dubai and can't do a site inspection myself, so I'm worried about the actual occupancy. Kitne flats khaali hain wahan? Is it mostly investors ya families rehte hain?
