Yaar, buying property from abroad is seriously making me pull my hair out. Every second person has a different opinion, and getting ground reality checks on construction quality is next to impossible. I'm looking at Mahagun Mantra, it's Ready to Move apparently. But I'm super nervous. Construction quality ka kya scene hai wahan? Aur NRI investor ke liye resale value aur maintenance costs pe kitna impact aata hai? Budget tight hai, so har paisa matter karta hai.
