Been looking at Siddhartha Vihar 2BHKs. A builder just sprung huge hidden charges post-booking. I'm in Dubai, can't easily check. Did anyone face this? How to deal with remote issues?

Bhai, your situation sounds so stressful! I'm also a first-time buyer and the thought of hidden charges is my biggest fear. Buying remotely, that's a whole other level of trust. What kind of charges did they spring up? Was it extra for PLC, or some development charges? GDA doesn't even have any completed projects, right? This makes me super nervous about trusting them, especially when you can't even visit the site easily. Meri toh neend udd jaati hai ye sab soch ke.
