How's the power backup there, full flat ya just common areas? Water supply reliable hai ya tanker dependency rehti hai? And elevator maintenance response time kaisa hai? Has anyone checked the RERA status for Eureka Diya Green City? UPRERAPRJ705122 hai, but what's the latest update on construction progress? Last I checked, it was pretty slow. Is the price range ₹49 L – ₹1.0 Cr justified given the slow progress and the 2027 possession date?

Bhai, Ghaziabad mein bahut builders ka track record theek nahi hai, especially for ongoing projects. Mera cousin booked in Ahinsa Khand II a few years back, possession date pe date mili. Eureka Diya Green City ka status 'ONGOING' hai, 2027 date bhi hai, but builder pe trust karna mushkil hai. Power backup aur water supply toh chodo, pehle possession mile time pe, that's the biggest headache.
