Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — now stuck on which sector. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits aren't easy. Dwarka Expressway completion ka impact kitna hoga? Should I consider Sector 79 for appreciation, ya Golf Course Extension Road abhi bhi better hai? Which properties near these infra projects still offer good investment windows for a 2BHK? What do you all think?

Totally agree. Remote buying mein research double karni padti hai. Be very, very careful about builder reputation.
Bhai, NRI banke remote property kharidna is a real task, I feel you! Dwarka Expressway ka impact toh pakka hoga, connectivity will improve immensely, but prices have already seen a jump. Golf Course Ext Road is more established but maybe less room for *explosive* appreciation now. Don't rush it!
