Spent a good few hours researching Alton Tatva Estates online. Based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself. Everyone glorifies the location, but honestly, Alton Buildtech ka track record on delivery date pe thoda shaky lag raha hai. Is there a ghost society risk with too many investors and not enough actual residents? Matlab, resale market liquid hoga ya nahi? Honestly not sure about long-term capital appreciation agar end-users nahi hain. Change my mind.
