Not proud of this but I almost got duped by a pre-launch scheme. I'm in Dubai, looking at Mohali, maybe Satya Merano Greens. Builder ka legal track record remotely kaise check karein? RERA registration toh dikha dete hain, but hidden red flags ya encumbrance certificate ka kya? Koi experience hai Mohali mein aise remote investment se? RERA complaints kitne effective hain?

Bhai, you dodged a bullet! Pre-launch schemes are the biggest trap, especially for NRIs. Builder ka legal track record check karna is tough, RERA number doesn't guarantee anything. Satya Merano Greens, Mohali... I've heard mixed things about Mohali projects generally. Eros Group ka bhi thoda background check karna padega, they're known for some issues.
Sahi baat hai bhai, pre-launch se bachke rehna chahiye. Eros Group ka naam suna hai
