NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

₹90 lakh for a 2BHK in Sector 150. I'm in Dubai, can't visit. For remote NRI investment, is legal clarity reliable? What are actual rental yields after management?

90 lakh for 2BHK in Sec 150? Bhai, that's too much for that area, especially for an NRI. Noida mein abhi itna returns nahi hai.

Sahi keh rahe ho. 90L is steep for a 2BHK in 150, unless it's a very premium project. But the market has seen some appreciation recently, especially post-COVID. What project are you looking at, OP?
