Parking allocation in Gurgaon projects is a total scam, change my mind. I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest in Sujjan Vihar, but remote buying makes me super skeptical about these hidden issues. Builders promise reserved parking, but actual delivery pe lottery system ya extra charges bol dete hain. For an investor like me, tenant attraction ke liye proper, hassle-free parking bahut important hai, yaar. Also, green areas sirf brochure mein achhe dikhte hain kya, ya actual mein usable space hoti hai? Aur security systems - CCTV, visitor management - kitne effective hain? Kya sirf show-off hai ya real protection? I can't do site inspections, so this ground truth is critical for my ROI. Disagree? Tell me why.

Remote buying ke liye builder ki reputation aur reviews bahut important hain. Sirf brochure pe mat jao. Ek local consultant hire kar lo, jo site visit karke actual ground reality bata sake. Mera ek relative Basai mein buying kar raha tha, unhone yahi kiya.
Gurgaon ka market abhi toh waise bhi thoda stable hua hai, but old projects mein entry lena risky hai.
Sujjan Vihar ka possession 2005 ka hai, matlab 19 saal purana project. Aur price range abhi bhi ₹2.4 Cr – ₹2.7 Cr bol rahe hain? For an investor, it's a huge risk. Maintenance charges bhi high honge aur us time ke projects mein modern amenities ki bhi kami hoti hai. Green areas aur security systems toh tab kaafi basic hote the. Mera toh personal experience hai, 2006 mein ek project mein invest kiya tha Badshahpur ke paas, aaj tak parking ke liye fight chal rahi hai. Don't fall for old promises, especially from abroad.
Aapki baat bilkul sahi hai, especially for remote buyers. Mera ek dost bhi bahar se dekh raha tha aur usko bhi same parking ka jhol laga. Sujjan Vihar toh kaafi purana project hai na? Possession date 2005 hai, tab ke projects mein yeh problems aur common thi kya?
Totally agree with you! Parking is a nightmare. My cousin bought in a project near Airport Road and faced the exact same issue. Brochure mein sab kuch hai, real mein kuch nahi.
