Just finished a virtual tour of Sterling Ascentia from Dubai, and honestly, buying property remotely is tough. I'm trying to get a real sense of things like parking. Sales folks always promise ample space, but is it actually lottery-based or reserved? For an investment, parking hassles seriously deter tenants, impacting rental yield and resale. I'm also wondering about security systems. CCTV and visitor management sound great, but does it really work, or is it just a facade? I can't do a physical site inspection easily, so I'm relying heavily on community experiences. What's the ground truth for these in Bengaluru projects? Any lesser-known issues with parking or security not obvious during sales pitches? Hope this helps someone else too.
