NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

Yaar, Vikaspuri is decent, no doubt. But remotely buying? That's a whole different ball game. I almost bought a flat there two years back, but the builder delays scared me off. Metro connectivity is good, yes, but peak hours mein itna rush hota hai ki you'll feel like you're still in Dubai traffic. Parking near the station is a nightmare, especially if you're looking for free spots. You'll end up paying or walking a lot.
