Okay, I'll be honest – buying property remotely from Dubai is tough. I'm looking at Noida Extension for a 3BHK, around ₹1.2 Cr. For builders like Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons, what's their actual construction quality like? Aur customer support after booking, kaisa hai? As an investor, which one offers better long-term appreciation near Jewar airport?

I booked with Gaursons in Gaur City 2 years back. Construction quality was okay-ish, not premium but liveable. But the possession was delayed by almost a year! Unki customer support team toh phone hi nahi uthati thi after booking. My friend who booked in Alpha I Greater Noida with ATS also faced similar issues with delays. Jewar airport hype is real but actual development will take time.

₹1.2 Cr for 3BHK in Noida Extension is a decent budget, but Godrej, ATS, Gaursons ka track record for possession and after-sales support can be very mixed. Especially for an NRI, documentation aur site visits ke bina risk bahut high hai. Be very careful.
Bhai, totally feel you! Remotely property search karna is a nightmare, especially for such a big decision. Noida Extension mein options bahut hain but quality ka issue rehta hai. Good luck!
Haan, and the legal formalities from Dubai are a pain. Power of attorney banwana, NOCs, sab mein headache hai. Make sure you have a reliable person on the ground for all this.
Sahi kaha yaar. Without being physically present, it's just so difficult to trust anyone. Builder ke sales guys toh sab accha hi bolenge.
