Sector 82 Gurugram mein resale market ka kya scene hai, especially for an NRI? I'm based in Dubai, looking to invest but can't do site inspections easily. Agar kal ko sell karna pade, kitni liquidity hai yahan? Aur maintenance charges, RWA effectiveness, is it all smooth for someone who won't be living there? Power of attorney se sab manage ho jayega kya? Also, monsoon mein waterlogging ka kitna issue hai Sector 82 mein? I've heard stories about Gurugram, and being remote, I won't know the ground reality. Koi hidden costs bhi hote hain kya jo residents ko baad mein pata chalte hain? Need genuine advice, not broker talk.

Bhai, Sector 82 ka scene thoda tricky hai for NRIs. Waterlogging ka issue Gurugram mein common hai, par Sector 82 mein kuch societies mein toh monsoon mein boats chal jaati hain literally. Remote se manage karna bahut tough hoga, especially if you don't have a reliable person on ground. Liquidity bhi depends on the project, kuch projects mein demand hai, kuch mein dump karna mushkil ho jaata hai.
