Since last year, I've been eyeing properties in Noida Extension for investment. I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons, especially near Sector 150. How reliable are they for on-time delivery? And their customer support post-booking? If I have issues, will they even pick up the phone? Trust is key, as I can't inspect myself.

Bhai, I totally feel you! NRI hoke property lena is a headache. I was also looking at Noida Extension last year, same builders actually. Site visits ke bina toh lagta hai aankh band karke paise daal rahe hain. Customer support ka darr toh mujhe bhi hai.
Exactly! Especially Godrej ka naam sunke bahut hype lagta hai but delivery pe doubt rehta hai. Same boat yaar.
