Yaar, totally agree with you. Essel Gardens ka hype toh pura marketing gimmick lagta hai. PRR aur Metro Phase 3 ka naam leke builders bas prices inflate kar rahe hain. Realistically, it will take years for that infrastructure to be fully functional. I'm also looking for my first home and it's so confusing.
