NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

My parents want me to invest in Noida, saying Jewar Airport will push prices. But I'm abroad, can't visit sites. Everyone glorifies NRI investment but honestly, it feels like a huge gamble. Builder ka track record check karna, construction quality dekhna... how do people do it without being there? Especially with stories of delays from builders like Gaursons or ACE. Sector 150 looks good on paper, par online reviews mixed hain. Should I trust brokers blindly? Bahut darr lagta hai. Change my mind.
