Honestly, buying property from Dubai feels like a maze. I'm looking at Mohali, specifically Sector 31, maybe a project by CHD Developers Ltd. but also open to resale. Mera main concern hai ki secondary market deals mein negotiation scope kitna hota hai compared to new projects? Like, can I actually get a better price if I go for a resale flat instead of directly from the builder? Aur haan, should I even involve a broker from here ya direct builder se baat karna better hai, considering I can't do site inspections myself? What about legal clarity and getting a property manager, any specific things to watch out for?
