NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard

Since I moved to Dubai 5 years ago, I've been wanting to invest back home in Noida. Initially thought 'Premium Homes' corridor was a no-brainer, but ab confused hoon... Is it still undervalued, ya peaked out? I can't do site visits myself, so need the community's ground truth. Which sectors/projects wahan offer best long-term value, with good rental potential? Legal clarity is a big worry for me.
