What's the real scene with on-time delivery for DLF vs Godrej in Gurgaon? I'm based in Dubai, looking for an investment property, thinking about Golf Course Extension ya Dwarka Expressway. Can't do site inspections myself, so community feedback is crucial. DLF projects ya Godrej Properties ka delivery track record kaisa hai? M3M ka suna hai sometimes delays hote hain. Absolutely agree with U2. Remote buying is a nightmare if your builder isn't transparent. I'm also a first-time buyer and the anxiety is real. DLF projects are generally premium, but unka customer support after booking, especially for NRIs, is something I'm also curious about.
Bhai, NRI ho toh aur careful rehna padega. Builders ko pata hota hai ki aap physically present nahi ho, toh sometimes they take advantage. M3M ka toh pata hai delays hote hain. Godrej better hai delivery mein.
