Padam Punjabi Bagh Luxury Homes mein investment ka kya scene hai? I'm based in Dubai, toh site visit can't happen, relying on you guys. Price range ₹3.25-9.25 Cr seems like a lot. What's the real capital appreciation like since launch? Kitna upar gaya hai? Also, koi bata sakta hai ki actual resale market kitna liquid hai wahan?
