How do you guys *actually* check RERA registration details beyond just the number? Matlab, builder ka real legal track record kaise verify karein? Reputed Builder jaise names bhi, how reliable is their history for project delays or legal issues jab I can't even visit? Everyone glorifies ROI and appreciation, but nobody talks about the headache of legal battles from abroad. I think focusing solely on RERA is a trap; a good lawyer is *more* important than a RERA number. Change my mind.
