Actual monthly rent kitna nikal jaata hai for a 2/3 BHK? Resale market mein liquidity kaisi hai? Is there an active secondary market for this project? Long-term exit strategy ke liye ye sahi option hai kya? Need genuine advice before taking the plunge.
