NRI trying to buy property remotely — this is hard
Brigade Orchards area keeps coming up for investment. I've been researching remotely from Dubai for months, trying to find something good. Laurel And Maple At Brigade Orchards looks promising on paper, but I can't do a site inspection myself. What's the real construction quality like there? I'm worried about cracks later, affecting resale and maintenance. Also, are the promised amenities actually delivered, or just brochure hype for attracting tenants?

NRI buying is tough. I had a similar experience with another builder near Agrahara Layout. They showed beautiful renders, but the actual construction was very basic. For Laurel and Maple, since it's ongoing, you should try to find someone reliable locally to do a video walk-through for you. Don't trust just photos or brochures. They have 311 units, so it's a big project, chances of corner-cutting are higher if not monitored.
