₹80 lakh for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels high. I'm in Dubai, can't visit. Any price correction zones in Noida Extension for better ROI? Are secondary market deals better than new?

Bhai, 80 lakh for 3BHK in Sec 150 is definitely on the higher side. ROI ke liye toh Noida Extension mein aur options dekhne padenge. It's a lot for a first-time buyer.
U6, mere ek friend ne Eco Village 2 mein liya tha, booking ke 5 saal baad bhi possession nahi mila. Builder ne phir se date extend kar di. Secondary market mein at least aap property physically dekh sakte ho (via someone reliable) aur turant shift ho sakte ho. Noida Extension mein toh builders ki reliability ek bada issue hai
Definitely avoid projects jinka RERA number website pe clear nahi hai ya bahut recent hai. Red flag hota hai.
