I'm in Dubai, eyeing a 2BHK/3BHK in Noida Extension or Sector 150, budget around ₹80L-₹1.2Cr for investment. Can't visit often, so I need builders known for sticking to RERA possession dates. How's their customer support after booking? If there are delays, do they communicate proactively or just go silent? Also, construction quality is a big worry, don't want surprises like seepage or bad finishing after possession, especially since I'll be managing via POA. NRI bhai, trust is a huge issue here. Especially with remote investment, you're at a disadvantage. Godrej has a decent reputation but even they've had delays in some projects, not always proactive communication. ATS is usually premium but pricing might be higher than your budget in Sector 150. Gaursons... well, sometimes hit or miss with quality, especially the finishing. Make sure your POA is someone you absolutely trust and who understands construction.
