Bhai, remote investment mein sabse bada risk builder ka trust hi hota hai. Mera khud ka experience hai ek dusre project mein Ajayabpur ke paas. Builder ne 2 saal ka delay bola, ab 4 saal ho gaye aur abhi tak kuch final nahi hai. Paisa block ho gaya poora. MMD Provica is a safer bet for sure. My cousin invested there last year, construction is on track. But for Vishwkarma, I've heard too many stories about delays. Rental yield in Greater Noida is decent, especially near Alpha I Greater Noida, but depends heavily on possession.
